We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Experienced Waitress to join our dynamic food & beverage team in Doha. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional dining experiences, maintain high service standards, and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks with attention to presentation and timing.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for the next guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Process payments and operate POS or cash systems accurately.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth service during busy shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waitress/waiter in a restaurant, hotel, or caf .
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
