Position Overview
Rixos Premium Dubai, part of the Accor Group, is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Waitress to join its Food and Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, maintain high operational standards, and contribute to creating a welcoming and luxurious dining experience that reflects the brand s signature hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with Rixos and Accor standards.
* Be flexible and rotate between different outlets or departments as required.
* Understand the full menu offering, including food and beverage pairings, and recommend options to guests.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and surrounding environment at all times.
* Perform opening and closing duties for assigned outlet in accordance with standard procedures.
* Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure prompt follow-up when needed.
* Monitor and minimize wastage, spoilage, and breakage of operational supplies.
* Assist in regular inventory counts of operating equipment and supplies.
* Ensure proper grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene standards are maintained consistently.
* Establish positive relationships with guests and colleagues to promote a friendly dining atmosphere.
* Attend briefings, trainings, and meetings to stay aligned with operational updates.
* Adhere to safety, hygiene, and local regulatory standards at all times.
* Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all work interactions.
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in Food and Beverage Service.
* Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in a 4 5 star hotel.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Romanian, German, Spanish, or Moldovan languages is an advantage.
* Female candidate preferred.
* Minimum height of 168 170 cm with a well-groomed, professional appearance.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* Available for immediate joining.
