Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.

Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest inquiries.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly.

Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation.

Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Process bills and handle payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

Follow company standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a waitress in hotel, casual dining or fine dining restaurants.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays.
