Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and attend to guests in a professional manner
Provide detailed information about menu items and promotions
Take orders and prepare bills for both dine-in and delivery orders
Deliver courteous service and create a positive dining experience for guests
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
Clear and reset tables and maintain overall cleanliness
Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
Male or female with a professional appearance
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
2–4 years of experience in Asian restaurant preferred
(Fresh graduates and interns welcome)Friendly, service-minded, and customer-focused
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Good communication skills with attention to detail
English communication required
