Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner

  2. Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and beverages

  3. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff

  4. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently

  5. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns

  6. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses

  7. Clear and clean tables after guests leave

  8. Process bills and handle payments

  9. Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred

  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills

  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  4. Strong teamwork skills

  5. Basic math skills for handling payments

  6. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

  7. Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent

  2. Knowledge of food safety standards

Working Conditions:

  1. Standing and walking for extended periods

  2. Carrying trays and lifting light to moderate weights
