Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, confident in engaging customers, and committed to delivering an exceptional in-store experience while achieving sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 1–3 years of retail or sales experience (telecom/mobile retail preferred).

  2. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  3. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  4. Customer-focused with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  5. Presentable, confident, and professional personality.

  6. Ability to cross-sell and upsell effectively.

  7. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  8. Immediate joiners preferred.

  9. Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa can apply.
