Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the LINKVIVA warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory control, documentation, and coordination across logistics, procurement, and project teams.

This role plays a critical part in supporting LINKVIVA s event and production projects by ensuring that materials, equipment, and consumables are tracked, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

What You ll Do

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Receive, record, and verify incoming goods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and update stock movements in Odoo or other ERP systems.
  • Ensure items are properly labeled, stored, and organized for easy retrieval.
  • Support periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Logistics Team for shipment consolidation, truck loading, and dispatch planning.
  • Prepare and verify documentation for outgoing shipments and deliveries.
  • Monitor item returns from sites and ensure condition checks and restocking.

Procurement & Requests Support

  • Process internal material requests from various departments.
  • Liaise with the Procurement Team to follow up on pending deliveries.
  • Support the preparation of purchase requests and ensure timely follow-through.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain warehouse records, logs, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational SOPs.
  • Provide daily or weekly warehouse status updates to the Operations or Project Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management

2 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics administration (preferably in events, production, or construction)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Odoo, Excel, or similar inventory management tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Available on short notice for project-based assignments

UAE driving license is an advantage
