Job Summary:

Warehouse Helper is responsible for loading and unloading goods, packing and preparing shipments, moving items within the warehouse, and maintaining accurate inventory. This role ensures safe handling of products, a clean work area, and timely support of warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading furniture from containers/trucks.

• Carefully handle furniture/accessories to prevent damage during movement and storage.

• Unbox, assemble, and re-pack furniture items as needed.

• Label and organize products in the warehouse according to standard operating procedures.

• Assist in the preparation of goods for delivery/replenishment, including wrapping and padding items for protection.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and working space.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines for lifting and handling items.

• Assist in regular inventory checks and reporting stock discrepancies.

• Support the delivery / replenishment / team during dispatch and furniture setup if and when required.

• Assist in organizing shelves, racks, and storage zones.
