Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.

· Plan and oversee logistics operations including transportation, delivery schedules, and route optimization.

· Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits, stock counts, and system updates.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

· Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory and distribution requirements.

· Maintain and update warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics tracking tools.

· Train, lead, and evaluate warehouse and logistics staff performance.

· Resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or incorrect shipments.

· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, and inventory turnover.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in warehouse and/or logistics management.

· Strong knowledge of inventory control, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.

· Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Good understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Forklift certification added advantage

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Working Conditions:

· Primarily warehouse-based with some office responsibilities.

· May involve shift work, extended hours, or weekend availability depending on business needs.

· Physical activities include lifting, standing, and operating warehouse equipment.
