Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records

  • Ensure timely order processing and dispatch

  • Implement proper storage methods to avoid damage and loss

  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations

  • Supervise warehouse staff and manage work schedules

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

  • Optimize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency

  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management (UAE experience preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software is an advantage

  • Good leadership and team management skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of UAE safety and compliance standards

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
