Warehouse Supervisor - Bulk TRANSCORP INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS L.L.C

The Bulk Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the bulk warehouse facility, ensuring smooth handling, storage, and dispatch of bulk goods. This role involves managing warehouse staff, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring operational targets are met efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations for bulk goods, including receiving, storing, and dispatching.

· Plan and assign work schedules, ensuring optimal labor and equipment utilization.

· Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee regular inventory checks.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

· Monitor warehouse space utilization and suggest improvements in layout and storage efficiency.

· Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

· Train and guide warehouse staff on SOPs, equipment usage, and safety protocols.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance and inventory reports.

· Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.

· Ensure all warehouse machinery and handling equipment are maintained in good working condition.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

· 4–6 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in bulk goods or FMCG logistics operations.

· Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Hands-on experience in forklift operations, loading/unloading, and warehouse safety procedures.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
