Warehouse Supervisor - Jeddah Loreal

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the vital link between L Or al and our third-party logistics (3PL) partners in Jeddah and Riyadh. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring flawless execution, seamless coordination, and complete inventory accuracy to uphold our commitment to excellence.

• Operational Excellence: You will act as the main point of contact for our 3PL teams, monitoring daily KPIs to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) for inbound, picking, and dispatch activities are consistently met. You will also guarantee adherence to L'Or al's safety and quality standards, including FEFO/FIFO rotation.
• System & Data Integrity: You will oversee all transactions, ensuring physical movements are accurately and promptly recorded in SAP. A key part of your role will be performing daily reconciliations between our SAP system and the 3PL's Warehouse Management System (WMS) to investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Inventory & Delivery Coordination: You will lead cycle counting and annual physical stock counts to maintain impeccable inventory integrity. You'll also coordinate with transport teams to ensure outbound shipments are correctly prioritized and synchronized with the daily dispatch schedule.
• Continuous Improvement: You will proactively identify bottlenecks in operational and system interfaces, proposing and driving lean-based solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize documentation flow.
