Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise waterproofing works including polyurea, combo systems, cementitious, PU, and protective coatings. • Prepare technical proposals, method statements, BOQ inputs, and site reports. • Conduct QC inspections, DFT checks, adhesion tests, and ensure compliance with project specifications. • Plan, schedule, and coordinate waterproofing activities for multiple sites. • Perform site surveys, troubleshooting, and provide technical solutions. • Manage subcontractors, manpower, materials, and site progress efficiently. • Communicate with clients, consultants, and project engineers for technical clarifications.
