We are hiring Property Consultants / Agents with DEVELOPERS- Dubai Talent Tigers

· Research, prospect, obtain, lead and develop new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets and maintain a database accordingly.

· Ensure all customer information is captured and recorded accurately in sales system.

· Validate and verify all documentation submitted by the customers, prior to processing a sale to ensure compliance with the developers policy at all times.

· Conduct viewings for prospects & schedule meetings with clients outside the office.

· Stay up to date with developers pricing, new launches and/or any other initiative.

· Verify all related documents prior to submitting to developers.

· Always ensure compliance with company policies and process.

· Suggest any improvement or change recommendation in the Sales policy or process.

· Contact and follow up with all leads submitted by the company.

· Generate sales from self-generated leads and listings.

· Achieve company sales given target monthly/Quarterly and yearly.

· Participate in sales launches/events or any other exhibition or show whenever required.

· Ensure customer's requirements are met at all time by handling them in a professional manner & by responding to all their queries promptly and accurately.

· Develop & maintain business relationship with existing customers & follow-up with own customers for signing sales agreements.

· Provide customers with information on legalities of purchasing property through Company in UAE and Internationally. Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports as scheduled and/or requested by the management (such as pipeline/leads/sales reports).
