Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Wealth Manager will play a pivotal role in acquiring new Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and family office clients, primarily across the MENA region and the Indian Subcontinent.
This position involves promoting the firm's global investment advisory and family office services, as well as its discretionary asset management offering.
The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to develop acquisition strategies, maintain client pipelines, and contribute to investment discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition with a target of USD 100 million in AUM annually (minimum USD 10 million per relationship).
- Develop and maintain a robust client and prospect pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and local regulatory requirements.
- Support marketing and brand-building initiatives for the DIFC business.
- Contribute to investment meetings with market reviews and ideas.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 5+ years in Private Banking or Family Office, with a proven track record of managing UHNW clients and significant AUM.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking systems, investment products, and Bloomberg tools.
Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional business development capabilities, and excellent communication skills (English required; French/Arabic preferred).
Qualifications: MBA or equivalent degree; CFA Level 1 or similar is desirable.
Competencies: Ability to deliver financial goals, build strong client relationships, and work effectively in a small team environment with high ethical standards.
