Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive the unit's revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Lead and mentor a team of wealth managers, providing guidance on client relationship management and financial planning strategies.
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive wealth management plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional service.
- Analyze financial market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies and client recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as investments and credit, to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.
- Manage the unit's budget and resources effectively, optimizing profitability and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in wealth management, continuously improving service offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is essential; a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are highly preferred.
- Possesses a minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth planning strategies.
- Requires a strong proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and client relationship management systems.
- Exhibits exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of building rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
- Demonstrates a commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance, with a thorough understanding of industry regulations.
- Shows strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Must be fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin or Arabic, is highly advantageous.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions under pressure.
