Roles & Responsibilities
Content Updates: Editing creating, and updating content, as well as adding images/videos. Organizing and executing regular updates
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Ensuring content is optimized for search engines to rank higher.
Coordinating: coordinating with web developers on optimizing features on website to enhance customer experience
Sales: handle sales and customer service on website/app from order placement to liaising with customer, and dispatching order with drivers
Analytics: Monitoring traffic via tools like Google Analytics to improve user experience.
