Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using the WebMethods Integration Hub.
  • Define and maintain integration standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with enterprise architecture goals.
  • Oversee development, deployment, and lifecycle management of APIs, services, and messaging integrations.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance across all integration platforms.
  • Act as the technical lead for integration initiatives, providing architectural guidance and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
  • Mentor and supervise integration developers, conducting code reviews and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, platform upgrades, and modernization of integration solutions.
  • Establish governance processes, documentation standards, and monitoring practices for integration services.
  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and proactive system performance improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration projects, including extensive hands-on expertise with the Software AG WebMethods Suite.
  • Proven experience in leading integration architecture and delivery for large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Relevant WebMethods certifications or equivalent integration platform certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API-led connectivity, SOA, microservices architecture, and messaging frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with WebMethods Integration Server, Universal Messaging, API Gateway, Trading Networks, and related modules.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution design, technical governance, and integration strategy development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging business leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
