Roles & Responsibilities
Select appropriate welding equipment and techniques for various materials, balancing efficiency and quality in every project.
Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods, adapting techniques to suit specific tasks and materials.
Conduct thorough inspections of welds for structural integrity, identifying and correcting defects to maintain high safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on welding experience in industrial or construction environments, demonstrating a solid work history.
Experience with various welding methods, including MIG, TIG, and stick, with a proven ability to adapt to different materials.
