Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and prepare nutritious, balanced meals tailored to health and wellness goals
Design customized diet plans based on individual needs (e.g., weight management, medical conditions, lifestyle)
Ensure meals meet dietary requirements such as low-calorie, diabetic-friendly, or high-protein diets
Monitor food quality, portion control, and nutritional value
Conduct nutritional assessments and provide dietary counseling to staff/clients
Educate clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
Collaborate with HR/management for wellness programs and health initiatives
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
Manage inventory with focus on fresh, healthy ingredients
Stay updated with latest nutrition trends and dietary guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Wellness Chef, Dietician, or Nutritionist
Degree/Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Culinary Arts
Strong knowledge of nutrition, calorie counting, and special diets
Experience in planning therapeutic diets (diabetic, cardiac, weight loss, etc.)
Good communication and counseling skills
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)
Creative approach to healthy cooking and menu planning
Ability to manage time and work in a fast-paced environment
Certification/license as a Dietician (preferred, if applicable
