Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns, to build a robust pipeline across the USA.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to drive conversions.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies, leveraging various channels like LinkedIn, industry events, and online platforms.
Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and building strong relationships to close deals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates with prior Business Development Executive (BDE) experience in any industry are preferred.
Candidates with US calling experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of sales processes and functions.
Willingness to work in US time zones.
Excellent follow-up, organizational, time management, and self-management skills.
Strong initiative with the ability to work under pressure.
Quick learner with strong listening skills.
Highly motivated and adaptable.
Qualification: Any Graduate
