Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and update master data on organizational structure, cost centre assignments, jobs and positions on SAP Organizational Management Module, as per the approved organization chart and business requirement.

Works according to the established manpower policies and procedures and keeps supervisor advised of major activities.

Provides and communicates ideas to the supervisor on changes to improve control/reporting of manpower planning. Work is carried out within a well-structured environment with a clear reporting framework.

Basic problem solving is done within clearly defined Company policies and procedures.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Maintain and update the Company s organizational structure on SAP and position assignments in SAP, as required to ensure smooth workflows of all employees.
  • Contribute at the administrative level to the production, reproduction and distribution of new departmental organizational charts as requested to support reorganization proposals, job evaluation requests and changes of position titles.
  • Prepare, maintain and update through SAP, the QatarEnergy LNG establishment manpower reports.
  • Maintain the Company s organizational structure of established corporate hierarchy in SAP and ensure accurate data files by inputting and checking data against source documents.
  • Receive and check via workflow all PAFs for employee promotions/transfer, review recommendation forms and indicate whether recommendations are within establishment and processes the actions to continue the PAF workflow.
  • Prepare and ensure data accuracy of numerous month end workforce reports, summaries, and graphs via SAP adhoc reports, or HR Browser for distribution to senior management.
  • Coordinate all requests for IT department services for the Workforce Planning & Organisation Development and assist in the resolution of identified errors, problems or required hardware, software and operational assistance.
  • Participate in the development of new IT solutions related to Workforce Planning & OD and in collection and preparation of business requirements, evaluation and testing coordination with IT.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources management or administration.

Knowledge and/or Experience - I

  • 5 years experience with analytical and technical skills in personnel and manpower planning in an oil and gas company.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics, data modeling and reporting automation, dashboard development.

Technical and Business Skills - I

  • Strong systems technical and analytical abilities for identification of issues as well as development of fit for purpose solutions.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in the use of various computer packages such as SAP R3 system, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and other software use in HR.
