Roles & Responsibilities

You will manage multiple conversations at once, respond quickly, and represent our UK-based company to the highest standard.

Our UK management will be based on-site in Cairo, working directly alongside you.

  • Customer service experience, preferably via WhatsApp or live chat
  • Excellent written English spelling, grammar, and tone must be flawless
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience with complaint handling and finding solutions
  • Able to build rapport through text friendly, clear, professional
  • CRM or chat system experience preferred
  • Attention to detail

Desired Candidate Profile

You will be the first point of contact for our UK customers via WhatsApp handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing fast, friendly, and professional support.

This is a written communication role, so your English must be excellent.
