Key Responsibilities:

• System Operations & Stability: Maintain the absolute uptime, optimization, and structural integrity of all private, public, and cloud-hosted enterprise systems.
• L3 Technical Support: Troubleshoot high-severity, complex L3 infrastructure support issues related to the Windows OS and integrated tools, conducting deep root cause analysis (RCA).
• Patching & Compliance: Standardize and execute automated OS patching cycles, system infrastructure upgrades, and OS hardening according to global industry compliance and organizational security standards.
• Process Governance: Establish, monitor, and continuously refine operational standards, process workflows, and proactive infrastructure alert monitoring systems.
• Security Management: Implement advanced access management policies, secure corporate data frameworks, and lead infrastructure vulnerability mitigation.

Technical Skills Required (Mandatory Expertise):

• Wintel & Directory Services: Expert Server Administration for Windows OS, Active Directory (AD) architecture, Group Policies, Domain Controllers, and core infrastructure routing (DNS, DHCP).
• M365 & Messaging: Enterprise-level command over Office365, Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premise, and managing complex Exchange Hybrid environments. Deep operational knowledge of OneDrive and SharePoint infrastructure platforms.
• Identity & Access Management: Hands-on expertise with Azure Enterprise Apps (creating apps, reviewing schemas, and advising on granular resource permissions) along with Privileged Access Management (PAM) toolspreferably CyberArk or RHEL IDAM.
• Core Network Services: Expert hands-on command over Infoblox (DDI) network configurations.
• Storage & File Systems: Expert control over advanced file routing systems, including AWS FSx, DFSR (Distributed File System Replication), SMB File Shares, and standard SFTP channels.
• Virtualization & Hardware: Solid operational knowledge of Citrix DaaS (Desktop as a Service) and hands-on operational management of Cisco UCS environments.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Strong preferred knowledge of public cloud ecosystems like AWS or OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
