Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data and metrics.
  • Support in the development and implementation of HR analytics dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
