The company was established with the aim to develop the Upper Zakum field on behalf of ADNOC and for the benefit of the shareholders in the joint venture, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), ExxonMobil, and Japan Oil Development Company Ltd. (JODCO). In addition to Upper Zakum, the company also operates Umm Al Dalkh, and Satah fields. The company has adopted the latest technologies for developing and operating oil fields with health, safety and environment being its utmost priority.
