Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Zoho Books, ensuring data accuracy and integrity by regularly reviewing transactions and identifying discrepancies.
- Customize Zoho Books to align with specific business needs, including setting up chart of accounts, customizing invoice templates, and configuring user roles and permissions.
- Oversee the integration of Zoho Books with other business applications (CRM, e-commerce platforms), streamlining data flow and automating processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho Books functionalities, empowering them to effectively utilize the software.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a strong foundation is key.
Accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus, demonstrating professional expertise.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, showcasing practical application of knowledge.
Proven experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software, highlighting software proficiency.
