This is a remote position.

Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Zoho Developer to join our dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong foundation in Zoho One and a passion for building scalable, efficient business solutions. As a Zoho Developer, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, customizing, and integrating Zoho One’s suite of applications to streamline business processes across departments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored automation workflows, data management systems, and seamless integrations that enhance productivity and support organizational growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enterprise-level SaaS platforms while contributing to innovative technology solutions in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Zoho One applications (e.g., CRM, Books, People, Inventory, Projects) to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using Zoho Flow and Zoho Creator.
  • Design and implement data models, custom modules, and reports to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Integrate Zoho One with third-party applications and internal systems using APIs and webhooks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and integration processes for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
  • Stay updated on new Zoho One features, best practices, and platform enhancements.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–1 year of hands-on experience with Zoho One ecosystem and its core applications.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Zoho CRM for workflow automation and app development.
  • Basic understanding of API integration, RESTful services, and data mapping.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Zoho One or related Zoho platforms (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow).
  • Experience with scripting using Zoho Deluge or JavaScript.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
