Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of staff accommodation facilities • Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards • Coordinate room allocations and occupancy planning • Handle tenant/resident complaints and resolve issues promptly • Maintain records of maintenance requests, repairs, and inventories • Prepare regular reports on facility operations and staff performance • Plan and implement facility improvement initiatives • Monitor budgets related to accommodation operations • Train and guide staff to ensure smooth facility management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in accommodation, facility, or property management (3–5 years preferred) • Strong leadership and team management skills • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in residential facilities • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle tenant/resident complaints professionally • Experience in coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and security operations • Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven personality • Comfortable preparing reports, budgets, and operational plans
