Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Client Liaison: Manage day-to-day communications directly with senior stakeholders at the client, ensuring clear, timely, and effective correspondence.

Customer Service: Manage interactions with customers purchasing client-led experiences, ensuring a high level of service and prompt issue resolution.

Vendor Management: Coordinate and maintain productive relationships with external vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of all deliverables.

Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of media campaigns and projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Administration: Handle all administrative tasks related to the client account, including invoicing, reporting, and documentation.

Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the contract, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to internal teams and senior management on project status, timelines, and client feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments such as editorial, creative, and production teams to ensure client deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

Proven experience in account management, preferably in the media, publishing, or advertising sectors.

Strong understanding of managing high-profile, long-term contracts and building strong, lasting client relationships.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to manage multiple vendors, deadlines, and client expectations effectively.

Experience working directly with senior-level client contacts, including familiarity with handling complex client needs.

Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

High attention to detail with strong administrative skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
