Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and profit-loss statements, to support management decision-making.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of financial statements to identify discrepancies and rectify issues promptly.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as office management, record-keeping, and correspondence to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and maintain financial software systems, ensuring data integrity and security across platforms.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that all financial records are maintained without errors.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for multinational environments.
