1.        Prepare receipts for tenant payments.

2. Match receipts with corresponding invoices.

3. Verify the cheques collected from tenants with JDE reports and upload cheques to the Arab Bank portal.Submit the chequs deposit to the finance manager for online approval.

4. Monitor CDC cheque clearance on Arab babk portal. Download the physical delivery report from Arab bank portal (CDC/PDC) and forward to Arab bank by courier.Forward the cheque retun slips from Arab bank portal and submit to senior accountant for further action.

5. Prepare cash deposit slips for both Arab Bank and Citi Bank.

6. Handle Citi Bank cheque redeposits.

7.        Process tenancy contracts and coordinate for landlord signatures.Ensure all the payments due from the tenant as per the contract has been collected.

8. Prepare pre-vacating statements for outgoing tenants.

9.        Perform daily cash and cheques reconciliation with JDE General Ledger (GL) reportss

10.    Maintain and update on a daily basis ,the tenant cotract details in the excel master sheet.

11. Prepare and distribute daily non-renewal, leasing, and vacancy reports to management.

12. Generate various management reports and ensure timely submission.

13. Asist the year end  audit and provide ageing analysis shcedule for accounts recievables, preparation of rent received in advance reports and reconcile with revenue report.
