Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accountant Matter
- Track stock inflows and outflows (raw materials, consumables, finished products)
- Record stock movements in the system (ERP / software)
- Verify the consistency between physical and computerized inventory
- Participate in periodic and annual inventories
- Analyze stock discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- To ensure the valuation of inventory according to accounting methods
- Prepare stock levels and management reports
- Collaborating with the production, purchasing and logistics departments
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and management rules
- Desired experience in a similar role, ideally in industry
- Good knowledge of inventory management
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, ERP)
- Rigour, organisation and attention to detail
- Analytical and control skills
