Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain up-to-date and organized accounting records and documentation

Reconcile daily sales, cash, bank transactions, and POS reports

Manage accounts payable, including recording supplier invoices, processing payments, and reconciling supplier accounts

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

Prepare management reports, summaries, and basic P&L statements

Track revenue, expenses, and cost controls for operations and events

Calculate and manage revenue shares with business partners

Maintain contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation for partner payments

Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time
