Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, facilitating timely reporting and analysis of financial data.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, addressing findings and implementing recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry, with knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices.
