Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To deal with all aspects of tenancy renewal, including accounting activities relating to property
management between landlord, tenant and Company.
Prepares tenancy contracts and ensures timely follow-up on all renewals.
O Manages rent renewals, including negotiating new terms or rental increases with tenants.
O Collects rent payments in a timely and accurate manner.
O Liaises with accounting colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operational workflows.
O Generates financial reports related to property revenues, expenses, and overall performance.
O Handles accounting activities related to property management, ensuring clear coordination between
the landlord, tenant, and company.
O Monitors outstanding payments and follows up on pending dues to maintain healthy cash flow.
O Maintains accurate records of all property-related financial transactions.
O Supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the property portfolio.
O Assists in preparing audit documentation and ensures compliance with internal policies and relevant
regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
SKILLS-SET NEEDED
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and property management accounting.
3. Proficiency in accounting and property management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Yardi, QuickBooks).
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills for tenant and landlord interactions.
5. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for financial reporting and rent management.
