Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies and cash flow management.
  • Collaborate with procurement and other departments to address invoice-related inquiries and streamline processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred, showcasing foundational knowledge.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or financial transactions is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) to ensure efficient processing of transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, enabling the identification of discrepancies and errors.
