Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination • Coordinate logistics operations including shipment tracking, delivery schedules and documentation
• Prepare and manage logistics-related records
Liaise with suppliers, transporters and internal departments Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory and documentation
Support logistics team with reporting and coordination
Manage correspondence, filing and data entry
• Ensure smooth office and logistics operations in compliance with company procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
Female candidate with 1-2 years of experience in admin/logistics role
Basic understanding of logistics operations and documentation Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
