Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Support & Level 1 Troubleshooting
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone
Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 1 issues related to our vehicle data services
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams
Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and internal documentation
Assist with reports, proposals, and general office documentation
Coordinate internally with technical and commercial teams
Manage emails, scheduling, and basic office coordination tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working with web-based platforms and online systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Professional communication and customer-focused attitude
Automotive industry knowledge is a plus (training will be provided)
Preferred: Female candidate
