Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Support & Level 1 Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone

  • Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 1 issues related to our vehicle data services

  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and internal documentation

  • Assist with reports, proposals, and general office documentation

  • Coordinate internally with technical and commercial teams

  • Manage emails, scheduling, and basic office coordination tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)

  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Comfortable working with web-based platforms and online systems

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Professional communication and customer-focused attitude

  • Automotive industry knowledge is a plus (training will be provided)

  • Preferred: Female candidate
