Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to attract top talent.
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and tax requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date with current employment laws and best practices.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs, identifying skill gaps and creating opportunities for professional growth.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations, providing feedback and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, addressing workplace safety concerns and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Demonstrates 3-5 years of HR experience within a dynamic industry, showcasing a proven track record.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, streamlining HR processes and data management.
  • Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and fostering positive relationships.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion.
