Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operations: Coordinate daily office activities, manage supplies procurement, and oversee filing systems. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for emails, phone calls, and professional inquiries. Support: Assist management with travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and administrative reporting. HR Liaison: Maintain employee records and provide support for internal HR functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years of administrative experience (UAE experience preferred). Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication. Software: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
