Hiring for a reliable and detail-oriented to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily office administration, correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Prepare sales invoices, proforma invoices, quotations, delivery documents, and packing slips
Maintain proper filing and systematic record management (physical & digital)
Coordinate payroll-related activities, including attendance, overtime, leave, and vacation records
Monitor office supplies, stationery, and ensure smooth functioning of office equipment

Requirements :
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Good communication and coordination skills
