Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and mentor administrative and Guest Relation team members as required.
- Ensure accurate DTCM check-in and check-out registrations in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to reconcile DTCM records and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with upcoming guests via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to ensure a smooth arrival process.
- Manage registration and approvals with community portals prior to guest arrival.
- Promote company services and products through effective upselling techniques to support revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to administrative and guest processes.
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in an administrative or supervisory role. ( Holiday Homes)
- Knowledge of DTCM regulations and community portal registrations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
