Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs by analyzing performance gaps, consulting with managers, and reviewing organizational goals to identify skill development priorities.

  • Design and develop engaging training programs, including curriculum, manuals, and online modules, tailored to specific roles and organizational objectives.

  • Deliver training sessions using diverse methods, such as presentations, workshops, and simulations, ensuring active participant engagement and knowledge transfer.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve program outcomes.

  • Manage the training budget, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective delivery of training resources.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development, integrating innovative approaches and technologies.

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting their professional development and career progression within the organization.

  • Collaborate with HR and other Ops departments to align training initiatives with overall business strategies and talent management programs.

  • Create and maintain a training calendar, scheduling sessions, managing participant registration, and communicating training opportunities effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred, providing a strong foundation in training principles.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, showcasing practical application of training methodologies.

  • Experience in the QSR/ F & B industry, understanding the unique training needs and challenges of the sector.

  • Proven experience with adult learning principles and instructional design, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective delivery of training sessions and clear communication with stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ensuring the successful planning and execution of training programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • A passion for learning and development, along with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing training needs.
