Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assess training needs by analyzing performance gaps, consulting with managers, and reviewing organizational goals to identify skill development priorities.
Design and develop engaging training programs, including curriculum, manuals, and online modules, tailored to specific roles and organizational objectives.
Deliver training sessions using diverse methods, such as presentations, workshops, and simulations, ensuring active participant engagement and knowledge transfer.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve program outcomes.
Manage the training budget, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective delivery of training resources.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development, integrating innovative approaches and technologies.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting their professional development and career progression within the organization.
Collaborate with HR and other Ops departments to align training initiatives with overall business strategies and talent management programs.
Create and maintain a training calendar, scheduling sessions, managing participant registration, and communicating training opportunities effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred, providing a strong foundation in training principles.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, showcasing practical application of training methodologies.
Experience in the QSR/ F & B industry, understanding the unique training needs and challenges of the sector.
Proven experience with adult learning principles and instructional design, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective delivery of training sessions and clear communication with stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ensuring the successful planning and execution of training programs.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
A passion for learning and development, along with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing training needs.
