Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategy for the training product across B2B and B2C markets.
  • Lead the training department and ensure alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • Act as product owner, coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations for smooth delivery.
  • Build and manage relationships with external trainers and training partners.
  • Design scalable training programs aligned with market demand and best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics and use analytics to improve training effectiveness.
  • Identify upsell opportunities with sales through training packages and certifications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training consultancy or talent development roles.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and product ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience applying gamification in learning or training environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially in B2B contexts.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital training tools, and instructional design principles.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
