Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
Handle incoming calls efficiently, screening and routing them to the right departments while taking accurate messages when necessary.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of important information.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including sending out invites, preparing agendas, and managing conference room logistics.
keeping office well maintained and organized.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of a Diploma.
At least 0-1 years of experience in an administrative support or receptionist role within a corporate or professional services environment.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various scheduling software.
Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a significant advantage, especially in multicultural environments.
