Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:


Assist in the company's daily administrative and comprehensive management affairs, and formulate and optimize management processes; 

Assist in the formulation of various company rules and regulations and supervise their implementation to improve operational management efficiency;

Assist in drafting important official documents, reports, and meeting minutes;

Assist in the management of office assets, logistical support and other administrative affairs to ensure stable operation;

Assist with human resources-related work, such as employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, attendance management, and performance management;

Assist in corporate culture building, employee relations management, and team building to enhance organizational cohesion;

Handle other tasks assigned by superiors and support the company's business development.

Job requirements:


Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in business administration, public administration, financial management, human resources, or related fields;

Candidates with more than one year of experience in administrative management, financial management or general management will be given priority; candidates with work experience in the Middle East will also be given priority.

Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, and can fluently use English for daily communication;

Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and possesses excellent data organization skills;

Meticulous, responsible, and possesses excellent teamwork and execution skills.
