Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Mail management (receiving, sending, filing).

  • Preparation, drafting and formatting of administrative documents.
  • Filing, archiving and record keeping.
  • Collect personnel documents (contracts, supporting documents).
  • Ensure that HR files are kept up to date.
  • Record absences, leave and staff movements.
  • Prepare the lists, tables or documents requested by the HR manager.
  • Participate in the preparation of CNAS, DAS... files.
  • Ensuring correspondence (CNAS, Bank, Tax Office, etc.)
  • Supporting the HR Director in preparing for interviews (planning, invitations).
  • Assisting with internal communication (memos, notices).
  • To act as a liaison between employees and the HR department for simple requests.
  • Transmit and track documents with other departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Level : Diploma in management, administration or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel).
  • Good oral and written expression in French.
  • Sense of organization and rigor.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
  • Team spirit and ability to work under supervision.
  • Desired knowledge of Human Resources.
