Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator with strong experience in visa processing and HR administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely processing of all employee visas and related documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full cycle visa processing for new hires, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with government portals such as Iqama, Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Communicate with candidates, agencies, and internal departments regarding visa and onboarding status.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, HR letters, and general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or HR administration in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi government systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia; candidates in Dammam preferred.
  • Locally Transferable
