Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator with strong experience in visa processing and HR administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely processing of all employee visas and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full cycle visa processing for new hires, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with government portals such as Iqama, Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Communicate with candidates, agencies, and internal departments regarding visa and onboarding status.
- Support HR operations including onboarding, HR letters, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or HR administration in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia; candidates in Dammam preferred.
- Locally Transferable
