Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and update daily attendance in the Oracle System; maintain cross-checking sheets.
Manage drivers leave requests, records, and settlements.
Coordinate and track staff leave balances.
Maintain Dubai office inventory for non-commercial items and ensure timely purchases.
Oversee office cleanliness and coordinate necessary maintenance.
Liaise with IT support for printers, systems, and other office equipment.
Assist in vehicle-related processes including insurance renewals, VIVA vehicle permits, and occupational medical cards.
Prepare memos, payment requests, and related documentation.
Handle other administrative duties as required.
Assist with Onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Manage employee documentation (certificates, letters, incident/warning notices).
Coordinate training, visa renewals, and staff allocations.
Handle payroll support tasks (payslips, deductions, overtime).
Oversee SIM card, passport submissions, and related staff services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
2 4 years of experience in administration or HR support (preferably in the automotive, transport, or rental industry).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP / Oracle HR system is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced operational environment.
